Three quick, refreshing and delicious recipes for mocktails

Grapefruit – strawberry

For 1 mocktail you will need:

1 grapefruit soda

1 soda

6 large mashed strawberries

Implementation:

Clean the strawberries and puree them, preferably with a special kitchen tool. Pass the pulp through a strainer and save the strawberry juice.

Pour the juice into a glass of 350 ml, add 3 tbsp. soda and 3 ice cubes. Stir with a long spoon and fill the glass with grapefruit soda.

Tip: You can add 3-4 mint leaves to the glass, which gives the drink a special feeling of freshness.

Cucumber and citrus fruits

For 1 mocktail you will need:

1 small cucumber

1 orange

1 lemon

1 lime

1 tonic soft drink

3 ice cubes

1 tall glass with a capacity of 350 ml

Implementation:

Clean the cucumber and with a special peel cut two horizontal slices, which you put inside the glass, preferably on its walls. Add 2 orange slices, 1 lemon slice and 1 lime slice. Add ice cubes and fill the glass with tonic.

Tip: This is a perfect combination of ingredients to replace the alcoholic gin and tonic. If you want to enjoy something lighter, you can use soda or sparkling water instead of tonic.

Pineapple – ginger

For 1 mocktail you will need:

3 slices pineapple (canned, well drained or fresh)

1 lime (and some of its zest)

1 ginger soda

3 ice cubes

1 tall glass with a capacity of 350 ml

Implementation:

Take some lime zest and put it outside. Puree the pineapple in a special kitchen machine and pass the pulp through a sieve to retain its juice. Pour the lime juice and zest into a 350 ml glass. Add a slice of lime, 3 ice cubes and fill the glass with ginger soda.
