AWhen someone tells you that you like boiled broccoli, you kid them. And yet, a recipe that overcomes the Tik Tok promises to make broccoli your favorite… meze.
You don’t need milk creams, lots of cheeses and seasonings. All the recipe requires are broccoli florets, a baking tray, a glass and some melted cheese.
There are a few factors that make broccoli melts so crunchy and delicious. The first is the fact that small pieces of it, when pressed, melt and come into contact with the pan and parchment paper, causing them to caramelize. At the same time, most of the moisture is lost during cooking and instead of softening the broccoli becomes more crunchy.

What do you need?
- 1 broccoli
- A little olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced (optional)
- 1 teaspoon seasoning of your choice
- 2-4 tablespoons grated Parmesan
How do you make it?
Wash and chop the broccoli. Keep the stalks close. Place the bouquets on a baking tray. Bake the broccoli in the oven at 180 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until soft.
While the broccoli is in the oven, mix the olive oil with the melted garlic and any seasoning or spice mix you like.
Remove the broccoli from the oven and use the bottom of a glass to melt each floret.
Brush broccoli with olive oil mixture and sprinkle with grated parmesan.
Return the broccoli to the oven for about 10 more minutes.
When the cheese is as crispy as you like, transfer the broccoli to a plate and enjoy! You can accompany it with your favorite sauce, mayonnaise, ketchup or enjoy it plain.
